Impact Exteriors recently handled a very complex roofing job for me and my wife. We have three distinct interconnecting roofs of different materials.  Mason, the owner, and his great team replaced all three roofs with three new materials. What was great about Impact is the attention to detail. I am dreadfully afraid of heights but Mason coaxed me up to see the finished product and I am glad he did. The roofs seamlessly flow together and Impact added accents on their own that made the roof pop.  Everything looked great. I did not want a Frankenstein roof pieced together with sealants and tape and this has virtually none of that. Maybe most impressive about working with Impact was their commitment to the job. Mason, the super busy owner, was personally onsite countless times and for hours on end making sure everything not only met our desires but also Mason’s own high standards. Mason’s parting words to me when the job was done was ‘this is my roof’- meaning he would be there again if we needed anything done to fix or tighten. Importantly, the job took awhile. But that is how it goes. Weather, balancing competing customer demands, life, etc, invariably may impact the schedule. But if you are patient, Impact gets the job done with precision and honestly, passion.  If you elect to hire them, I do not think you will be disappointed. Finally, a big shout-out to Ingrid who served as our relationship manager, visiting the site, communicating information back and forth, all with a great attitude and patience. It would be a dream come true to be able to walk around our lovely neighborhood and not see ugly signs that this company has put up all over the place - signs that will eventually fall over and turn into litter that the rest of us will have to pick up. Oh well. Maybe someday.

Impact did a great job on my roof. Brian was very helpful and responsive in making sure my questions were answered and my roof was installed on time. Brian and his team did a siding replacement and rebuilt our deck and the transformation is unreal. Brian helped us pick materials that actually made sense for durability, not just looks. Very poor communication skills! At the initial point of agreement, was promised a lot of lies! Throughout entire project everything changed! Staff was very polite and professional in the beginning but as soon as the down payment was received, the mask came off ! Very polite LIARS! Would not recommend!
